NOTICE OF INTENTION TO AWARD CONTRACT
The Northern Region Water Board (NRWB), with funding from its 2025/2026 fiscal year budget, allocated funds for the procurement of various goods and services during the financial year. Accordingly, NRWB invited bids from eligible bidders for the supply of goods contract through an open tender process.
In accordance with Section 70 (1) of the Public Procurement and Disposal Act 2025, the NRWB hereby gives notice to all the bidders that participated in the tender process and to the general public of its intention to award the goods contract to Michalis Logistics.
